Between Us
An in-person relationship lab for women
austin, texas
april 25th
There are things we only learn about ourselves in relationship — not by thinking harder, but by noticing how we show up when someone else is in the room.
Between Us is a one-day, in-person relationship lab for women who already understand their patterns and want a chance to practice something different — with support, structure, and clear boundaries.
This is not therapy.
It’s not a retreat.
It’s a contained space for real relational learning.
Why this exists
Many women know why they do what they do in relationships.
You’ve read the books. You can name the pattern.
And still — when closeness, conflict, or vulnerability shows up — your body takes over.
Between Us exists to bridge that gap.
This is a space to:
notice what happens between you and others
practice staying present without over-functioning or disappearing
experiment with new ways of relating in real time
leave with clarity you can actually carry into your relationships
Nothing performative. Nothing overwhelming. Just practice.
Who this is for
Between Us may be a fit if you:
identify as a woman
are curious about how you show up in close relationships
tend to manage, over-give, or stay “on” for others
want practice, not more insight
value contained, intentional spaces
This is especially resonant for women who are:
therapists, coaches, or helpers
partnered, dating, or navigating relational transitions (such as a separation or divorce)
somewhat familiar with attachment or nervous-system language
Who this is not for
This space may not be supportive if you:
are in acute crisis
are seeking therapy or ongoing support
want deep trauma processing
prefer unstructured or highly emotional group spaces
This lab works best for women who can stay self-responsible and curious.
